Quick and Easy Sauteed Tomatoes à la Provençale (Tomates Provençales)

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 4 tomatoes (count 2 tomatoes per person)
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Directions
1. Wash tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise. Place them in a frying pan (without fat), flat part facing down and start cooking under low-medium heat (about 5 minutes).
