Makes great dough, cake batter, stiff beaten egg whites for pastry, and is ideal for creaming.  The slicer/shredder attachment makes shredding cheese a breeze and the slicer makes perfect thin potato slices for a gratin Dauphinois. The 2-piece pouring shield comes in handy when you mix large quantities so food doesn’t fly off.  Comes in various colors but the advantage of white is that it typically blends in well in any kichen style and dust&smudges don’t show as much – love that! So bottom line, this is an EXCELLENT product – we would close our kitchen without ours!
